* The Panthers won each match 5-0 to go 2-1 at the tournament.

CHARLESTON, S.C. – Georgia State finished with a winning record at the College of Charleston Beach Tournament after a pair of 5-0 sweeps Sunday against Lincoln Memorial and UNCW. With the wins, the No. 8 Panthers improve to 10-2 on the season.
Coming off a loss to top-ranked Pepperdine on Friday, the eighth-ranked Panthers rallied Sunday to go 2-1 on the weekend. Georgia State started off Sunday afternoon against Lincoln Memorial and won all five flights in straight sets. The finale against UNCW was a bit closer as Flights 1 and 3 each went to three sets, but GSU prevailed in both to finish off the second 5-0 victory of the day.
