GEORGIA STATE ATHLETICS WORKING MEDIA CREDENTIAL POLICY
A working credential issued by Georgia State Athletics serves as a revocable license and is extended as a professional courtesy to an accredited media organization for the sole purpose of granting venue access to an individual representative of that organization who has a legitimate, event-related work function for the specific event covered by this credential. This Credential is non-transferable and may not be used by any individual not officially assigned by Georgia State Atheltics.
Access to working areas — including the press box, field level, photo wells, and interview spaces — is restricted to credentialed media members actively performing a professional duty. Guests, family members and children are not permitted in working media areas unless they are credentialed and fulfilling an official work role.
Photographers and videographers must adhere to Georgia State’s venue-specific media access rules and guidelines. Any misuse of the Credential or failure to follow stated policies may result in immediate revocation of the Credential, removal from the venue and/or denial of future access.
Credentials are issued exclusively to working media personnel. Unauthorized use of a credential may result in removal from the facility and possible legal action, including prosecution for criminal trespass. Credential holders are subject to security screening at entry points and must present valid identification upon request.
Issuance and use of this Credential implies full acceptance of the policies outlined above. Georgia State Athletics reserves the right to revoke or deny credentials at its discretion, at any time.
By accepting this Credential, the bearer and the Agency agree to adhere to all NCAA and Sun Belt Conference regulations and policies, in addition to those of Georgia State University.
