>With 1.5 sacks, Hardrick Willis has set a new Georgia State record with 11.5 career sacks. The previous record was 10.5 by Mackendy Cheridor.

>Jordan Strachan had two sacks to raise his season-record total to eight. His 10.5 tackles for loss are two behind the GSU season record (12.5, Alonzo McGee in 2015).

>Strachan (1.00 pg, No. 9 FBS) and Willis (0.79 pg) are first and third in the Sun Belt in sacks. Strachan is also third in the Sun Belt in with 1.30 TFL pg.

>Tucker Gregg tied the school record for rushing touchdowns in a game with three. Gregg is one of seven Panthers to score three or more touchdowns in a game. The record is four by Donovan Harden in 2014.

>Quad Brown passed for a career-high 334 yards. He finished the game with 10 straight completions, going 10-for-10 for 207 yards on GSU's four second-half scoring drives.

>Taking over for starter Noel Ruiz, redshirt freshman Michael Hayes was perfect on five kicks (4 PAT and a 23-yard FG), and had only two of his six kickoffs returned for a total of 12 yards. He averaged and netted 44.2 yards on four punts, including two downed inside the 20. His season-long 58-yard punt was downed at the 3-yard line.
