ATLANTA -- No.19 Georgia State (21-12) will conclude the 2021 campaign this weekend at the CCSA Tournament in Huntsville, Ala. The Panthers will first take the sand on Friday at 1:00 p.m. ET.

In this year's CCSA Tournament the 14 member programs have been divided into two groups, which will each compete in a double elimination bracket. Georgia State will compete in the "Blue Group'' against No. 12 FIU, No. 14 FAU, ULM, Southern Miss, and UAB. The Sandy Panthers enter the tournament as the No. 1 seed in the group and will first face the winner of the Southern Miss and UAB meeting.

Georgia State has already battled FAU, UAB, and Southern Miss each this season. GSU stunned FAU at the Tiger Beach Challenge with a 4-1 upset. The following weekend the blue and white narrowly defeated UAB, 3-2, at the March to May Tournament hosted by the Blazers. The Panthers have squared-off against Southern Miss three times in 2021, including twice in the home sand. Georgia State has walked away with the victory in each meeting.

The Panthers have yet to face FIU or ULM this season. FIU have accumulated an impressive 23-5 record. The squad enters the weekend on an eight game winning streak. ULM holds a 14-20 record, falling in their last two outings.

If Georgia State wins on Friday, the squad will compete at 1:00 p.m. ET on Saturday. If the Sandy Panthers fall on Friday, GSU will return to the sand on Saturday at 11:30 a.m. ET in an elimination game. Fans can follow along with Saturday's action via live streaming found here and on the schedule page. Friday's contest will be streamed on the team Twitter page.
