Sophomore sprinter
Keniya Walker broke the school record in the 300 meter dash to highlight the Georgia State track team's performance at the Clemson Opener Friday at the Clemson University Indoor Track.
Walker, from Greenville, S.C., ran a time of 39.34 to eclipse the GSU record. Senior
Blake Blakemore, also in the event, ran the fourth fastest time in school history with a time of 39.71.Â
Junior
Ronasche Fluker placed second overall in the triple jump with a jump of 12.00 meters (39-4½), while teammate
Jessica James was fourth in the event at 11.83m (38-9¾)
