Panthers and Old Dominion Battle to 0-0 Draw in Norfolk

NORFOLK, -- Georgia State battled to a 0-0 draw against Old Dominion on Saturday, Oct. 5, at the ODU Soccer Complex. The Panthers created multiple scoring opportunities, firing 12 shots with four on target, but were unable to find the back of the net. Goalkeeper Josh Hangi made two key saves to keep the game level, while both teams dealt with multiple cautions, including a red card for Gavin Williams in the 83rd minute. Despite being reduced to 10 men, Georgia State held firm to secure the hard-earned point on the road.

Georgia State registered 12 shots in the scoreless tie, four on goal. The Panthers faced 12 Old Dominion shots, two of them on goal. Josh Hangi led Georgia State with two saves.
