Boston, MA— Ronasche Fluker led the Panthers with a second place finish at the Scarlet and White Invite at Boston University on Saturday. 

Fluker finished second in the triple jump with a 12.36-meter distance. Jessica James followed in third with an 11.95-meter distance. 

Valissa Brown finished fourth in the long jump event with a 5.68-meter distance. Caramii Tellis followed in seventh with a 5.43 distance. 

Notables:

> Maleah Heard scored a personal-best 24.31 time in the 200-meter race. 

> Blake Blakemore ran a personal-best 24.28 time in the 200-meter race. 

>Kenya Walker clocked a 24.79 tome in the 200-meter dash. 

> Camarii Tellis finished with a 25.34 time in the 200-meter dash. 

> Jada McBean finished with a 25.75 time in the 200-meter race. 

> Lailah Palmer scored a personal-best 25.05 time in the 200-meter race. 

> Justin Whyte ran a personal-best 25.86 time in the 200-meter event. 

> Jayda Parsons and Marie Tchocksi both finished with a 5.22-meter distance in the long jump event.

> Kennedy Jacquet finished with an 11.09-meter distance in the triple jump. 

> Brittney Green finished with a 59.70 time in the 400-meter dash. 

The Panthers' distance runners are slated to compete at South Alabama on Feb. 4.
