Huntsville, Ala. – Georgia State, ranked No. 15 nationally, made a statement during the Mid-Season Sun Belt Tournament. After sweeping both opponents Friday, the Sandy Panthers blanked College of Charleston before completing the weekend sweep with a 5-0 victory over Stephen F. Austin.
The four sweeps mark the most consecutive blanks since 2017.
TOURNAMENT NOTES
- Georgia State entered the 2024 season as the Preseason Conference favorite. The Sandys are now 6-0 in conference play.
- The Sandys were led by a trio of pairs (Angel Ferary/Bella Ferary, Lila Bordis/Aree Keller, and Elise Saga/Ayla Johnson), who each secured two wins on Saturday.
- In addition to courts 1-5, the Panthers never dropped an exhibition court over the weekend, compiling a 24-0 record.

- The Sandy Panthers will return to action on April 5 and 6 during the GSU Diggin' Duals event at the GSU Beach Complex.
- Georgia State will host FGCU, Stetson, LSU, and Sun Belt Conference rival, Southern Miss.
