The momentum continued as Alba Retortillo quickly added another point for the Panthers with a dominant 6-2, 6-1 victory on No. 2. The Panthers then dropped matches on courts No. 6, 1, and 4, giving Texas State the 3-2 lead.
Needing both remaining courts to win,
Sara Radojevic battled on court No. 5 and Miglio on court No. 3. Radojevic rallied to level the score at 3-3 with a gritty 6-7(1), 6-3, 6-2 victory.
In a nail-biting three-setter, Miglio secured the victory for the Panthers with a determined 7-6(5), 5-7, 6-2 performance.
