ATLANTA, GA. - Georgia State took down #66 Marshall 4-1 on Saturday morning on Senior Day. The Panthers celebrated seniors

Luciana Galvez, and
Sierra Sandy.
Georgia State came out strong early, taking doubles matches on courts No. 1 and No. 3. Seniors Kumar and Sandy played at the No. 1 court and defeated their opponents 6-3. On court No. 3,
Sara Radojevic and senior Galvez won 6-1.
In singles play,
Zeynep Erbakan added a second point for the Panthers on court No. 3, defeating her opponent 6-0, 6-3. Kumar followed with the third point on court No. 6, 6-4, 7-6(4). Radojevic clinched the match for the Panthers on court No. 5 with a three-set win, 2-6, 6-2, 6-3.
The Panthers have secured a spot in the Sun Belt Conference Tournament and await their seed after taking down #66 Marshall in their last match of the season.
