Christian Raver joined the Georgia State Department of Athletics as the Football Video Coordinator in November of 2020.
Prior to his arrival at Georgia State, Raver spent the previous five and a half years years on staff at the University of South Carolina, where he learned under the tutelage of Joe Lisle, a video operations veteran with more than 20 years of experience and the 2001 Collegiate Sports Video Association (CSVA) Video Coordinator of the Year. Four of those years were spent as an undergraduate student assistant and another year and a half as a full-time video assistant for football. In his time at South Carolina he supported coaches video operations for football, men’s and women’s soccer, men’s and women’s basketball, and baseball, as well as AV needs for the entire South Carolina Athletic Department.
In 2019, Raver was awarded CSVA’s Mike Dougherty NFL Scholarship in recognition of his four years spent in video operations as an undergraduate student.
The Atlanta native graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina in 2019 with a B.A. in political science.
