Georgi Mavrodiev joined the Georgia State staff as the men's tennis graduate assistant in 2024.
Mavrodiev played Division I tennis on scholarship at The University of Dayton, where he was named ITA Scholar-Athlete. Mavrodiev finished with 9 wins in singles and 10 wins in doubles on the 2023 season, playing in the No. 2 and No. 3 position.
Mavrodiev was named to the 2022-23 Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll. He graduated with an undergrad degree in Communication Management. Now he is working towards receiving his MBA with a concentration in real estate from Georgia State.
