2025: Appeared in 13 meets and totaled 18 events... Placed 13th overall in the 8-- meter with a 2:15.69 time at the SBC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (May 8-10)... Had three top-10 finishes at the Don McGarey Invitational (March 28-29) including a fifth place finish in the 800-meter race and a second place finish in the 4x400 meter race... Posted a personal-best 1:37.07 time to finish fourth overall in the 600-meter race at the UAB Green and Gold Invite (Feb. 8)... Had two top-five finishes at the KMS Invite (Jan. 19), including a third place finish in the 600-meter and a second place finish in the 4x400 relay... Posted a personal-best 25:02.4 time in the 6k at Georgia Tech (Oct. 4)... Also recorded a new personal-best 19:30.8 time in the 5k at the Julius Johnson Invitational (Sept. 21). 

2024: Posted 20:19.6 in the 5K race at the Kennesaw State Stan Sims Cross Country Opener (Sep. 1)... Set a personal best of 19:47.0 in the 5K race at the Southern Showcase (Sep. 15)... Recorded 19:47.4 in the 5K race at the Alexander ASICS XC Invitational (Sep. 30)... Posted 20:35.2 in the 5K race in the Sun Belt Cross Country Championships (Oct. 28)... Set a personal best of 5:35.89 in the mile run in the BSC Panther Indoor Icebreaker (Dec. 1)... Set a personal best of 3:08.43 in the 1000-meter run and posted 4:11.72 4x400 relay at the Clemson Opener (Dec. 8)... Posted 2:23.76 in the 800-meter run and 4:02.03 in the 4x400 relay in the UAB Vulcan Invitational (Jan.13)... Recorded 2.19.76 in the 800-meter run at the Carolina Challenge (Jan. 19-20)... Set a personal best of 59.52 in the 400-meter run at the 2024 Riverhawk Invitational (Jan. 26-27)... Posted 2:20.02 in the 800-meter run and 4:04.28 in the 4x400 relay in the University of South Alabama Jaguar Invitational (Feb. 4)...
