Amy Walker

Amy Walker joined the Georgia State Athletics Department in 2018 as the video production manager. She has been working with the Panthers since 2010, when football began, as a contractor. 

Walker produced the first Coach Curry show and all the coach’s shows that aired on Comcast Sport South. She has produced all of GSU’s ESPN3 and ESPN+ broadcasts. She is the GSU's point of contact with video production partners. Walker also oversees in-game video, streaming, and radio broadcasts. 

Her first paid job in athletics was as an audio tech for the Atlanta Braves. She has worked on the production crew for Atlanta United and the Atlanta Falcons. Walker has also worked major events including two Super Bowls, two SEC Football Championships, SEC Women’s Soccer Championship, and the NCAA Football Championship. In addition, she began her own prodcution company in 2010. 

Walker graduated from American College of Applied Arts before obtaining her certification in radio and television broadcast from Atlanta Broadcast Institute. She earned her master’s degree in business administration from Troy State University. 

Walker is a native of Jacksonville, Fla. She lives with her husband Michael, two step kids, and her two dogs.
