A former student-athlete, Morrow began his collegiate career at Barton Community College, where he helped lead the program to a Jayhawk West Conference Championship and served as team captain. He later transferred to Southwestern College, earning Academic All-America honors while also serving as team captain.

Morrow is a two-time graduate of Kansas State, earning his bachelor’s degree in business administration in 2013 and a master’s degree in academic advising in 2015.
