Georgia State University Athletics

Jamila Dickerson is an athletic trainer working primarily with the Georgia State football team. She joined the GSU staff in 2023.

Dickerson obtained her undergraduate degree in exercise science from Georgia State University in 2020 and then earned with a master's in athletic training from the University of South Florida in 2023. During her time USF, she worked with the football and women’s basketball teams. A native of Stone Mountain, Ga., she also worked with the University of Georgia Football team in 2022.
