Tait Carlisle joined the Georgia State sports medicine staff in March 2022 to serve as the assistant athletic trainer for football.
Prior to coming to GSU, Carlisle worked as an assistant athletic trainer at the University of West Florida, where he provided care for the baseball and women’s soccer teams.
Carlisle completed a two-year graduate assistantship at the Southern Mississippi, where he primarily worked with the football, baseball, softball, and men’s golf teams.
A native of Hoover, Ala., Carlisle graduated from Alabama, where he earned a bachelor of science degree in athletic training.
