The Panthers competed in a mid-week matchup against Jacksonville State on Wednesday March 27.

Maxwell Weir posted a strong performance at the top doubles court, taking a quick 6-3 victory. After a loss on doubles court No. 2,
Baran Soyler and Tymes fought for the doubles point on court No. 3, but ultimately fell 7-6.
Georgia State entered singles at a 1-0 disadvantage, but
Diogo Morais quickly added a point for the Panthers with a 6-2, 6-1 victory on court No. 4, tying the score at 1-1. Tymes then scored a 6-3, 6-4 win on court No. 3, as Weir dropped his match on court No. 5.
Soyler competed at the top singles court for a hard fought win, 7-5, 5-7, 6-4. The Gamecocks tied the match up at 3-3 with a win on court No. 6, forcing court No. 2 to decide the match. Datei ultimately fell in a three-setter, 6-7(4), 7-6(5), 1-6 to give Jacksonville State the victory.
GSU vs Coastal Carolina
Georgia State played Coastal Carolina on Friday March 29. The Panthers dropped the doubles point early in the match, falling behind 1-0.
In singles play, Tymes won his second match of the week on court No. 3, 6-4, 6-3. The Panthers then fell on singles courts No. 2, 4, and 6, leading the Chanticleers to a 4-1 victory.
The Panthers are back at home on Saturday April 6 to take on South Alabama at 10:00 a.m.
