ATLANTA — Georgia State infielder Jesse Donohoe has been named to the 2025 Division I Academic All-America® Third Team, as announced by College Sports Communicators on Tuesday afternoon.
As a senior Sport Administration major with a 3.86 GPA, Donohoe showcased his versatility with 56 starts across first, second, and third base for the Panthers this season. He posted a .282 batting average with 17 home runs and 48 RBIs, while leading Georgia State in assists with 65.
Donohoe turned in an impressive .598 slugging percentage and a .414 on-base percentage, while tallying 48 walks, 59 hits, and 52 runs scored. He recorded 19 multi-hit games and 13 multi-RBI performances. With unmatched consistency, Donohoe held the longest on-base streak by any Panther in 2025, reaching safely in 30 consecutive games. His all-around production placed him among the Sun Belt's best, ranking in the top 15 in eight different statistical categories.

• 4th in walks (48)
• 6th in slugging percentage (.598)
• 8th in OPS (1.012)
• 8th in total bases (125)
• 12th in runs scored (52)

For his outstanding season, Donohoe was also named All-Sun Belt First Team for third base.
The Academic All-America® honor from CSC places Donohoe among the nation's elite student-athletes, celebrating a combination of academic dedication and athletic achievement.
