ATLANTA – After defeating Louisiana and securing the No. 11 seed in the Sun Belt tournament, Georgia State is set to compete in game two of the Sun Belt Championship tournament, the Sun Belt Conference announced Friday night.
The Panthers will play the first day of the tournament on Tuesday, March 3 at 3:00 p.m. ET. The Panthers will face the No. 14 seed Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns.
The 2026 Sun Belt Conference Men's and Women's Basketball Championships will take place March 3-9 at the Pensacola Bay Center in Pensacola, Fla., with all 14 Sun Belt institutions competing in the single-elimination tournament.
All games will be broadcast on ESPN+ with the championship game televised by ESPN2.
