 GEORGIA STATE: Right-hander who pitched out of the bullpen as a freshman in 2016 ... Had a 1-0 record in 14 appearances, covering 14.2 innings ... Earned his first collegiate victory in 10-6, come-from-behind win at Mercer (3-30-16). Entered the game in the eighth inning, two outs and on and GSU trailing by one. He struck out All-American Kyle Lewis to end the eighth, and after GSU regained the lead in the ninth, he finished the game with a scoreless bottom of the ninth ... Pitched one scoreless inning in a combined shutout of Coppin State (2-27-16) ... Made his debut with 1.1 scoreless innings vs. VCU (2-20-16) ... Struck out three in two scoreless innings vs. Arkansas State (3-18-16).
