Made two starts prior to the season being shortened due to COVID-19... Went 1-for-4 and also drew a walk... Delivered a pinch-hit single against Texas State on March 8.

2019
Taylor played in 20 games and made 11 starts in her freshman season… She went 2-for-4 with an RBI vs. Eastern Illinois on Feb. 15.

Prep

Helped lead River Ridge to Sweet 16 during 2014 and 2015 seasons and Elite 8 in 2016 season... Hit the game-winning home run against Allatoona in the playoffs… Earned All-Region Defensive Player in 2014… Recognized as a Cherokee Tribune Athlete of the Month in 2017... Was First Team All-Region in 2015, 2016, and 2017... River Ridge Team MVP in 2016 and 2017 seasons... Won two Scholar-Athlete and two Academic Letters at River Ridge... Played travel ball for the Atlanta Vipers, coached by William Jiles... ASA State Champions in 2013 and ASA Nationals Runner-Up in 2017.

Paige Kaylan Taylor was born on April 12, 2000 in Woodstock, Ga… She is the daughter of Tony and Kay Taylor… Has two siblings… Her cousin Lyndy Croft played for Georgia State’s Women’s Soccer Team… Taylor intends to major in nursing.
